Product Overview
Every Edera design is created in our Vermont, USA, atelier using a signature blend of couture lace making and embroidery techniques. Each lace motif is meticulously woven and embellished by hand. The lace is created with European metal threads (containing real silver and gold), Japanese metallic foil threads, or European silk fibers. All jewelry designs are finished with either sterling-silver or 14k-gold-filled findings. Vintage crystals or glass beads—a perfect way to add the traditional “something old” in a wedding outfit—are incorporated into each piece. We source high-quality freshwater pearls and Swarovski crystals to complete the look.
Packaging
Orders come packaged with earring cards/hangtags, separate care instruction cards, and anti-tarnish fabric jewelry pouches. Branded boxes are available upon request for an additional fee.
New Collections
Our online product catalogue can be viewed on the Catalogue Page, and a downloadable price list can be found on the Lookbooks & Pricelist Page. We unveil one new collection every year in the fall, along with an updated price list.
Ordering Information
Minimums
There is a $500 or 5-piece minimum opening order for new accounts.
Payment Terms
New Accounts: we ask that the first order be paid for in full at the time it is placed.
Current Accounts: orders must be paid in full before the order ships.
Rush Orders: require payment in full at time of placement.
Net30: available to established accounts only, and determined at our discretion.

Placing an Order
Website: For your convenience, orders can be placed and paid for using a credit card directly through the shopping cart in our online catalogue. Please visit the following link and enter the password WHOLESALE1 to access the Wholesale Catalogue.
By Email: If paying by PayPal or credit card, a purchase order can be emailed to wholesale@ederajewelry.com. A PDF order form is available at this link. Please refer to our online catalogue, or line sheet and price list for product codes, color options, and pricing when ordering. If paying with a credit card, a PayPal invoice will be sent to your email address and you'll be directed to a secure link to complete your payment. You do not need a PayPal account to use this service.
A confirmation email with expected delivery date will be sent once your order has been received. All payments must be received before the order is shipped.
All cancellations or alterations must be made within 48 hours of placing the original order. After this period we are unable to accept changes to orders, as supplies will be ordered immediately after this time period to ensure that your purchase is completed on schedule.
Turn-Around Times
Please allow approximately 4-8 weeks for your order to be created. A time estimate will be provided at the time your order is placed.
Rush Orders
If you need an item delivered sooner than the usual 4-week minimum wholesale production time, please contact us. If an item is not in stock, we require at least a 2-week lead-time on rush orders. There is a $25 rush fee per item. Please get in touch via email, with the word “Rush Order” in the subject line, and we will contact you to confirm the order and shipping timelines. Expedited shipping costs may apply.
Shipping
Domestic Shipments
Our standard domestic shipping method is USPS Priority Mail, with tracking and insurance. UPS and FedEx are available upon request.
International Shipments
Our standard international shipping method is USPS Priority Mail International, which typically takes 6-10 business days to reach its destination, and has tracking and insurance. UPS and FedEx are available upon request.
Please note that shipping times are estimates—we are not responsible for delays in mail service or customs clearance. All import taxes, VAT, duties and other customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. Customs documents will be marked with the wholesale value of the shipment. Insurance will also be based on the wholesale cost of an order.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available for both domestic and international shipments. Please get in touch or include this info in your purchase order if you would like to select an expedited option.
Shipping Accounts
Some retailers opt to have shipping costs charged directly to their UPS or FedEx account. If you would like to use this option, please enter your account number in the space provided on our order form and we will charge the costs to your shipping account. Otherwise, the shipping cost will be added to your invoice, or charged at time of checkout if paying through the website.
Damaged Shipments
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt if your shipment has arrived damaged. Images may be required to file an insurance claim, so please keep the shipment’s original packaging on hand. We are typically unable to make a claim when the original packaging has be discarded.
Returns
Every Edera design is made to order and created with care and attention to craftsmanship. Returns are not accepted unless there is damage to the merchandise in transit, or if there is a product defect. In the rare event that a product arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will immediately repair the merchandise free of charge. We must receive and inspect the merchandise before the order is replaced.

Pricing
Our suggested pricing is based on a x 2.2 markup. The MSRP for each product can be found on our price list, and within our online Product Catalogue.
Promotion
All current accounts (stores that have purchased from us in the past 12 months) will be featured on the Store page of our website, as well as promoted through our blog and social media accounts.
Trunk Shows
We are always open to collaborating with retailers on a trunk show event. If interested, please get in touch and we will send you our trunk show contract and discuss dates. Trunk show shipments will include a selection of approximately 20 pieces of jewelry samples from across the Edera product range, including best-selling designs, pieces from our latest collection, and occasionally one-of-a-kind pieces. We’re also always open to specific product requests.
