Edera Real Bride: Sarah
Classic Pearl Earrings for a Winter Wedding in Texas
Early last year, I had the pleasure of creating a pair of earrings for Sarah, a lovely bride-to-be. She recently shared some images with me from her winter wedding, which was held at a beautiful old mansion in Austin, Texas.
Sarah’s wedding style was classic and elegant. She was looking for a pair of small earrings to go with her wedding dress, a white, sleeveless sheath with a bateau neckline and floral lace overlay. The gown had a special story: it was a custom-made creation, designed by Sarah and sewn entirely by her mother.
Sarah opted for a pair of “Fleurette” earrings from my collection. The earrings’ tiny lace flowers and white freshwater pearls details accented her gown perfectly. A matched pair of semi-precious quartz crystal drops and two small vintage crystals added just a touch of sparkle to the earrings. Sarah completed her look with a pretty updo and long veil.
Congratulations to Sarah and James! Scroll down to see more images from their wedding, beautifully photographed by John David Weddings.
“I just wanted to thank you for the beautiful earrings for my wedding. James and I were married on February 18th, and the earrings were the perfect addition to my gown. My mother made my gown, and wearing earrings that were crafted by hand made it all the more special. “
